Our Group CEO, Robert, is a serial entrepreneur and founder of the Afrometrix Group of companies. Robert has had a high appetite for taking risks, and as such it was inevitable that he should venture into business. He has both a Human Resource as well as a Legal background and has both public and corporate experience having worked for major corporates such Murry and Roberts, Sasol Limited, Life Healthcare and Khumbula Investment Holdings at senior/executive level. He currently serves as the Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of Afrometrix Group, as well as acting Managing Director of Tirisano Ya Bakwena. He serves in the Board of Directors of Teemaneng Investments, Transporters and Brokers Association of Southern Africa (TABASA), Bakwena Wealth Investments, as well as a trustee at Ditiro Tsaone Foundation (NPO).

Our Group COO and Executive Director, Howard, is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of corporate experience at Senior/Executive Management level. Howard has a legal background having completed his LLB degree and started his career as a para-legal practitioner at the South African Commercial Catering and Allied Workers Union (SACCAWU), he continued to sharpen his labour relations experience by working for the Commission For Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA), whereafter he horned his management acumen by serving the South African National Parks Board (SANPB) as well as the State Information Technology Agency (SITA) at Executive Management level. He served and continue to serve as a Director on various Boards, including but not limited to the Afrometrix Group, Tirisano Ya Bakwena Holdings, Mothei Investment Holdings.
